A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available at a school setting in Woonsocket, RI. This contract role involves working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, supporting students ages 5 to 22. The ideal candidate will be licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health or eligible for licensure within six months.

Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, providing supervision to behavior technicians, collaborating with educators and families, and monitoring the progress of students to ensure positive behavioral outcomes.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health or eligible within six months
  • Experience working with students across a broad age range (5-22 years)
  • Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans in a school environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
