Seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide crucial support to students and staff for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year. This contract opportunity offers the flexibility of part-time hours—two days per week scheduled Monday through Friday as needed. The role centers on collaboration and creativity, with caseloads including approximately 29 students who benefit from behavioral consultation in alignment with their IEPs. The student population includes 22 elementary (grades 2–5) and 7 middle school students, all in a supportive and stable classroom environment that values your expertise.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Prior public school experience strongly preferred, though not mandatory
  • Background in supporting students with behavioral needs and implementing effective intervention strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with classroom staff, students, and multidisciplinary colleagues
  • Passion for compassionate, creative, and team-oriented problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Deliver behavioral consultation services to both staff and students
  • Support in the development, update, and implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Guide classroom teams in applying evidence-based interventions and behavioral strategies
  • Partner with special education professionals and school administrators to promote student achievement
