Apply NowImmediate opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide meaningful support in a school environment near Worcester, MA. This part-time, contract position spans the remainder of the 2025/2026 academic year and offers a flexible two-day-per-week schedule (Monday–Friday). The focus is on providing expert behavioral consultation and intervention strategies to both elementary and middle school students.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience in public schools preferred, but not mandatory
- Proven ability supporting students with behavioral needs
- Skilled in developing and updating behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and IEP teams
- Creative, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral consultation services for approximately 29 students (22 elementary, 7 middle school)
- Consult with and support classroom teams through observation, coaching, and feedback
- Update and help implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with special education staff, teachers, and administration to foster positive student outcomes
- Assist in maintaining stability in classrooms while addressing ongoing behavioral consultation needs
