An exciting contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support elementary students for the remainder of the current academic year and the first semester of the upcoming year. Candidates will provide essential behavioral services to both inclusion and sub-separate classrooms, collaborating closely with school staff to create a nurturing and productive environment for young learners.

The role offers consistent full-time hours (37.5–40 hours per week) and begins immediately, running through June 22. You’ll serve a caseload that includes 24 students integrated within general education classrooms, as well as 5 students in a targeted sub-separate setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing
  • Demonstrated experience working with kindergarten through third-grade students
  • Commitment to supporting inclusive education in public school settings
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with both staff and families
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavioral plans and interventions
  • Previous experience in schools preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop support plans
  • Work directly with students in both inclusion and sub-separate classrooms
  • Train, support, and collaborate with teachers and paraprofessionals
  • Monitor student progress, revise interventions, and provide regular updates
  • Advocate for a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
