Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Worcester, Massachusetts

Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a dynamic contract position supporting elementary and middle school students near Worcester, MA. This full-time opportunity offers 35 hours per week, starting as soon as possible and extending through mid-June 2027, with the potential for continued employment based on district needs.

You’ll work onsite with both substantially separate and inclusion classrooms, providing meaningful support, consultation, and collaboration in accordance with students' IEP service delivery models. Your role will allow you to make a genuine impact across different age groups while working with a dedicated educational team in a school-based setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA license/certification in Massachusetts
• Demonstrated school-based experience (required)
• Ability to support elementary and middle school caseloads
• Experience working in substantially separate and inclusion settings
• Willingness to complete CORI and fingerprinting requirements (CORI processing is in person at the district main office)
• Preference given to candidates with current credentials
• Available to start immediately and commit to the full-time schedule

Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on behavioral support and consultation to school staff
• Collaborate with educators and other specialists to implement students’ IEPs
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for behavioral interventions
• Participate in team meetings within assigned elementary and middle schools
• Ensure all services align with district policies and state regulations
