Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Proven experience providing behavioral support in a school or educational setting preferred
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA) and staff training

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with school staff to assess student needs and develop individualized behavioral support plans
• Conduct FBAs and analyze data to inform interventions
• Train and guide school staff on the implementation of behavior strategies and best practices
• Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust plans as necessary for student success
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of student educational programs
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and family members to foster consistency and support
