Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience serving K-3 in public school settings preferred
- Background supporting inclusion and specialized settings strongly valued
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavior analytic services to an elementary caseload, including 24 inclusion K-3 students and 5 students in a sub-separate classroom
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Deliver ongoing training and guidance to educational teams
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure the highest quality of student support
Position Details & Perks:
- Full-time travel assignment (37.5–40 hours/week)
