Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience serving K-3 in public school settings preferred
• Background supporting inclusion and specialized settings strongly valued

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavior analytic services to an elementary caseload, including 24 inclusion K-3 students and 5 students in a sub-separate classroom
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Deliver ongoing training and guidance to educational teams
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation
• Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure the highest quality of student support

Position Details & Perks:
