Who We’re Looking For:
- Current BCBA certification, or willingness to obtain WA licensure
- Experience working K-12 or with a similar population preferred
- Ability to supervise Behavior Support Assistants (BSA’s)
- Must be available for onsite (in-person) work throughout the assignment period
- Willingness to complete OSPI fingerprinting, if not already completed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior analysis and intervention to K-12 students across the district
- Supervise and mentor BSA’s
- Collaborate with school staff to create and monitor behavior plans
- Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings
- Engage in professional development and consultation with district personnel
