Who We’re Looking For:

• Current BCBA certification, or willingness to obtain WA licensure
• Experience working K-12 or with a similar population preferred
• Ability to supervise Behavior Support Assistants (BSA’s)
• Must be available for onsite (in-person) work throughout the assignment period
• Willingness to complete OSPI fingerprinting, if not already completed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior analysis and intervention to K-12 students across the district
• Supervise and mentor BSA’s
• Collaborate with school staff to create and monitor behavior plans
• Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings
• Engage in professional development and consultation with district personnel
