Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Yonkers, New York

Step into a rewarding opportunity serving students as a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, running Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. The focus of this onsite role is to promote positive behavioral outcomes and foster student development within a supportive educational environment, working with students in grades 7-12, up to age 22.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Completion of 8-hour supervision training
• Will also consider those with a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
• Prior experience within school settings highly preferred
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and staff collaboration
• Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and oversee the implementation of Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert supervision for RBTs, supporting the consistent delivery of behavioral services
• Collaborate closely with school staff and educators to develop, monitor, and adjust BIPs for student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress and strategies with educational teams
• Engage directly with students on the assigned caseload, providing guidance, assessment, and direct instruction as needed
