Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Yonkers, New York

Exciting opportunity available for a skilled Behavior Specialist eager to support students in grades 7–12 (up to age 22) in an onsite school setting near Yonkers, NY. This contract is for the 2026-2027 school year, running from September 8, 2026, to June 25, 2027. Options for both part-time and full-time schedules make this role ideal for professionals seeking flexibility, with working hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break.

Utilize your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), implement and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and make a direct impact within a supportive educational community. School-based experience is highly valued, but passion and dedication are essential.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification and completion of the 8-hour supervision training required
• Open to those with a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
• Previous experience working in schools preferred
• Knowledge of assessment, data-driven intervention, and case management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, collaborative team environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise RBTs in the delivery of behavior-analytic services
• Develop, review, and maintain BIPs tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Provide training and ongoing support for staff
