Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Yonkers, NY

Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) into a dynamic school-based setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract opportunity, located near Yonkers, NY, invites you to support students in grades 7–12 (up to age 22) in an educational environment that values collaboration, growth, and positive behavioral outcomes.

This part-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30am–3:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch, for a total of 20 hours per week. You’ll work onsite with a dedicated team of educators and technicians, making a meaningful difference every day.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active BCBA certification
• Completed 8-hour supervision training
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Prior school-based experience is preferred
• Passion for working with middle and high school students
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise RBTs to ensure fidelity and integrity in implementation of behavior support plans
• Oversee and develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with school staff and families to optimize student outcomes
• Conduct functional assessments and provide direct support as needed
• Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation in line with school protocols
