Position Overview
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will provide expert behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and clinical support while collaborating with educators, families, and service providers. This onsite position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference through individualized, data-driven behavioral programming.

What You'll Do
As a BCBA, your responsibilities will include:
Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized intervention strategies.
Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that promote meaningful and measurable progress.
Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to improve communication, social, academic, and behavioral outcomes.
Analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress, adjust interventions, and ensure effective treatment planning.
Provide ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), paraprofessionals, and support staff.
Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and successful intervention implementation.
Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to BACB ethical guidelines, state regulations, and professional best practices.
Support positive behavior strategies that foster independence, skill development, and long-term success.
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and behavior intervention strategies.
Experience developing FBAs, BIPs, and individualized behavior support plans.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams while building strong relationships with clients, families, and staff.
