Behavior Support Specialist (2026-2027)

Soliant is currently hiring a contracted Behavior Specialist in the Bear, Delaware area

Qualification Requirements:

·         Minimum of Bachelor’s or master’s in psychology, Education, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

·         OR

·         Minimum requirement of an instructional paraprofessional permit with the Delaware Department of Education

·         K-12 experience with behavior students in special education is a plus

Description:

·         2026/2027 School Year

·         Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

·         High School Position or City Position

·         Providing Building Support

·         Collaborating with education specialists to plan behavioral intervention strategies

·         Providing training, consultation, modeling behavior strategies for staff, and collaborating with school staff

·         Attending IEP meetings with parents

·         Providing crisis support for students

·         Applicants must have a strong foundation of behavior analysis principles

·         Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

·         Hourly pay: $35-$41 per hour
