Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Eddington, PA

Onsite BCBA – Eddington, PA
Position: Part-Time (4 days a week, 24 hours per week)
Dates: June 30, 2025 - July 31, 2025

Responsibilities:

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students in a school setting.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral challenges.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure effective behavior management strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on implementing behavioral interventions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and behavior data.

Requirements:

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
