This position seeks two dedicated BCBAs to provide expertise, compassion, and leadership within a single location serving multiple classrooms and approximately 35-40 students, including those in Setting 4 who have significant behavioral and physical disabilities. Your impact will be felt from the first day of the school year, beginning September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027—making a lasting difference across an academic calendar.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Demonstrated experience working with students exhibiting severe behavioral and physical challenges, preferably in Setting 4 or similar environments
  • Ability to manage multiple classrooms and adapt to varying student needs
  • Experience with functional behavior assessments (FBA), behavior intervention plans, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in maintaining compliance documentation, reporting, and communication with educational teams
  • Strong interpersonal, debriefing, and collaboration skills with educators and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral consultation across several classrooms within the designated center(s)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and conduct FBAs as needed
  • Complete required paperwork, progress reports, and documentation in a timely and organized manner
  • Lead or participate in team debriefings, offering guidance and support for staff
  • Support school personnel through ongoing training, coaching, and case discussions
  • Ensure all interventions align with best practices and district protocols
