School Behavior Technician - Lyndhurst OH

Soliant Education is hiring a School Behavior Technician for a full-time, school-based contract position in Lyndhurst, Ohio. This role will support PreK and elementary students during the full school year.

Position Details

• Location: Lyndhurst, OH
• Schedule: Full-time
• School Year: ASAP – 05/28/2027
• Setting: PreK / Elementary
• Pay: $22-$24/hour

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support to students in classroom and school settings
• Assist with behavior intervention plans and positive behavior strategies
• Support student engagement, safety, and participation throughout the school day
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Help collect behavior data and reinforce skill-building goals

Qualifications

• Previous behavior technician or RBT experience preferred
• Experience working with PreK or elementary-aged students is a plus
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs
• Must meet Ohio and district school requirements
