School Behavior Specialist in Derry, NH

This position focuses on direct behavioral support within a high school environment, providing specialized assistance for a student requiring daily, part-time engagement. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in school-based ABA support is required
• Demonstrated background as a Behavior Specialist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician
• Ability to implement and document behavior intervention strategies
• Comfortable providing hands-on support, including safely pushing a non-automatic wheelchair
• Effective communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Availability to work part-time, averaging 15 hours weekly across three morning hours each day

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA therapy and behavioral interventions according to individual student plans
• Collaborate within the school team, communicating progress and observations
• Provide direct assistance to a high school-aged student, supporting mobility and engagement in educational activities
• Record and maintain clear documentation on student progress, interventions, and challenges
• Participate in team meetings to inform and adjust behavior support strategies as needed

This part-time position offers predictable, family-friendly hours (8:30am–11:30am) for the duration of the school year.
