Soliant Education is searching for a Behavior Aide for a school in the Innsbrook, Virginia area! This is a full-time, onsite position for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Type: Contract / W-2
Hours: Full-time
Pay Range: $22-$26 an hour
Benefits: Medical / Dental / 401k
Grade Level: K-5th grade
Details and Responsibilities:
- Working with students who exhibit extreme behaviors
- Some students have aggressive tendencies and de-escalation techniques will be required
- Collaborate with staff to ensure each student meets and exceeds goals
- Working 1:1 or in small groups
- Will aid in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Must have an Associate's degree and preferably 1 year of school based experience
