This position is a great opportunity for an RBT who is passionate about supporting students through evidence-based behavioral strategies and working collaboratively with school teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support services to students in the school setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a BCBA or behavior specialist
• Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
• Collect and document behavioral data
• Support students with social, communication, academic, and daily living skills
• Assist with implementation of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, behavior specialists, and families
• Promote a positive and supportive learning environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children in a school, clinical, or ABA setting preferred
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong communication, patience, and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow individualized behavior plans and collect accurate data
