Registered Behavior Technician: Manda, Texas

Soliant is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a school district near Manda, Texas. If you have a passion for helping students with behavioral needs, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
• Collect data on student behavior and progress
• Assist with emotional and behavioral regulation
• Work closely with teachers and staff to support students
• Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs

Qualifications:

• Active RBT LICENSE (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience with special needs (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and patience

Pay Rate:

• $22.00 - $28.00+ per hour, based on experience
