We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one support to a middle school student in Marion, NC for the 2026–2027 school year. Position Details

• Position: Behavior Technician (1:1 Student Support)

• School Year: 2026–2027
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: May 28, 2027
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one behavioral support to a middle school student.
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow the student's established behavior plan.
• Encourage positive behaviors, social skills, and student independence.
• Support the student in participating in classroom activities and daily routines.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and the student's support team.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
