School Behavior Specialist in Merrimack, NH

Step into a dynamic role supporting student success as a Behavior Technician for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers a meaningful opportunity to work one-on-one with a high school student who requires dedicated behavioral and mobility support in a vibrant educational setting.

In this part-time role, you will provide approximately 15 hours per week (around 3 hours per day) of direct services on campus each morning from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. You’ll be making a real difference in a student’s daily experience and school engagement while benefiting from a consistent, predictable schedule that fits beautifully into your day.

Ideal candidates bring:

• Experience as a Behavior Technician, Registered Behavior Technician, or ABA Therapist within a school setting
• Familiarity with implementing positive behavior plans and supporting students with diverse needs
• Comfort and ability to safely assist a student who uses a wheelchair, including manual wheelchair mobility support
• Passion for fostering student growth and positive outcomes
• Commitment to respectful communication and teamwork with educators and families
• Current or eligible ABA/RBT credentials preferred for school districts
