This contract assignment spans the 2026-2027 school year, from September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027, offering an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students and their educational teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must hold current BCBA certification
  • Experience working in educational settings, especially with students who exhibit significant behavioral and/or physical challenges
  • Skilled in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
  • Comfort and adaptability working with a large caseload across multiple classrooms (approximately 35-40 students)
  • Strong communication style for effective debriefing with staff and families
  • Empathetic, resilient, and able to thrive in a setting 4 special education environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative BCBA services to students across one educational campus
  • Collaborate with educational staff in both South and North Education Centers to implement behavior supports
  • Complete necessary paperwork and maintain detailed records for compliance and progress monitoring
  • Facilitate debriefings and staff trainings as needed to support best practices in behavior management
  • Engage in the design and oversight of individualized intervention strategies
  • Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and synthesize findings to guide team decisions
