Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Experience working as a Behavior Specialist or similar role in a school setting
- Strong understanding of behavior management principles and intervention strategies
- Ability to collect and analyze student data to develop effective behavior plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field required; Master’s preferred
- Familiarity with special education processes and documentation is a plus
