Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician/RBT Position for Current Year | Near Weston, CT

Soliant has partnered with a school district near Weston, CT to fill a vacant position for a Registered Behavior Technician for this school year.


Description of Position:

• Type: Full time (34.17 hours/week)
• Caseload: High school caseload, either 1:2 or 2:1 with student, searching for candidate with significant behavior modification experience
• Duration of Contract: Through June 13, 2025 with opportunity for renewal
• Pay: $24-30/hour – paid weekly
• RBT will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with the therapeutic team to support students with developmental disorders.
