School Counselor

School Counselor (Full-Time) | $40+/Hour

Location: Easton, MD
Contract: August 10, 2026 – June 16, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours/week
Pay: Starting at $40+/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated School Counselor to support students through academic, career, and post-secondary planning while collaborating with families and school staff.

Responsibilities
Provide individual and group career guidance and career exploration activities
Support educational planning and student transitions between grade levels
Assist students with college, technical school, SAT/PSAT, and post-secondary planning
Conduct monthly evening counseling sessions for parents, including individual appointments and group presentations
Collaborate with students, families, teachers, and administrators to promote student success
Qualifications
Master's degree in School Counseling or related field
Active Maryland School Counselor certification (or eligibility)
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
