School Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Concord, NH

Embark on a meaningful contract position supporting students on a one-to-one basis as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA/LNA) in a school environment near Concord, NH. You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing full-time care and assistance to students across a range of needs, making a difference where it matters most.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active LNA license required
• Previous experience as a CNA or LNA preferred, especially in school or pediatric settings
• Comfortable providing 1:1 care for students with diverse medical needs
• Willingness to assist with riding the bus to and from school
• Flexibility and patience to adapt to a variety of student personalities and medical situations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized care and assistance tailored to each student’s unique plan
• Support with daily living activities, including toileting and mobility assistance as needed
• Administer care for conditions such as tracheostomy, G-tube, ventilator, seizures, diabetes, and more based on specific student assignments
• Monitor students’ well-being throughout the day and document any changes in condition
• Accompany and support students on school buses as part of assigned caseloads
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to facilitate students' participation in academic activities
