Key Qualifications:

  • Active Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license
  • Experience working with children, preferably in school or pediatric settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with educational staff
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as a 1:1 support

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and supervision to one elementary school student
  • Assist with daily living activities, mobility, and any medical needs as directed
  • Collaborate with teachers, nurses, and support staff to foster student safety and well-being
  • Document care provided and communicate observations to the appropriate personnel
  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain a respectful, nurturing environment for the student
