Qualifications & Experience:

• Current CNA certification required

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to medical needs
• Compassionate demeanor and commitment to confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, individualized care to a high school student during classes and activities
• Monitor vital signs and recognize any change in condition, reporting observations promptly
• Assist with daily needs such as mobility, hygiene, and medication administration as outlined in the care plan
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, encouraging the student’s participation in school life
• Collaborate with teachers, school nurses, and the student’s care team to promote safety and well-being
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
