Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1:1 support for a preschool student during class hours (7:50 AM – 10:35 AM)
• Assist with daily care needs, health monitoring, and safety, strictly within the LNA scope of practice
• Monitor and respond to the specific medical/support requirements of the assigned student
• Adhere to and implement the student’s individualized health/care plan
• Collaborate closely with school nurses, educators, and support staff to ensure seamless care
• Keep thorough documentation and promptly report any changes in the student’s status
