Essential Skills & Required Background:

• Valid CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) license
• Experience working with children—schools or pediatric settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and assistance to an assigned elementary student throughout the school day
• Support the student’s participation in classroom activities and transitions around the building
• Assist with mobility, feeding, and personal needs under the guidance of nursing professionals and teachers
• Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere to encourage the student’s confidence and independence
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, observations, and interventions
• Communicate effectively with school staff, nursing supervisors, and student’s caregivers
