Essential Skills & Required Background:
- Valid CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) license
- Experience working with children—schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and patience

- Adaptable, reliable, and responsive to student needs in a school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and assistance to an assigned elementary student throughout the school day
- Support the student’s participation in classroom activities and transitions around the building
- Assist with mobility, feeding, and personal needs under the guidance of nursing professionals and teachers
- Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere to encourage the student’s confidence and independence
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, observations, and interventions
- Communicate effectively with school staff, nursing supervisors, and student’s caregivers
