School Nurse Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Manchester, New Hampshire

We're seeking compassionate professionals ready to provide dedicated 1:1 care on a full-time contract basis. As an essential part of the school community, you'll be providing hands-on care while partnering with educators and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for students.

What We're Looking For:

• Current, active LNA license in good standing
• Previous experience as a CNA or LNA, preferably in school or pediatric settings
• Willingness to support a variety of unique student needs, from basic care to more complex medical support
• Openness to riding the bus with students before and after school as part of daily duties
• Flexibility in caseload assignment: all caseloads are open and assignments will be matched based on comfort and skills
• Ability to communicate preferences and comfort levels regarding clinical responsibilities, which may include trach, G-tube, vent, seizure and diabetic care, toileting, bus riding, and occasional assistance with academics

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care for assigned student(s) throughout the school day
• Support children with daily living needs, medical procedures, and mobility as required by their care plan
• Accompany students on bus rides to and from school for safe transport
• Collaborate with educational teams, families, and healthcare providers for continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any significant changes in student health status
• Engage in supportive classroom activities as needed
