School Nurse Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Nashua, New Hampshire

This contract opportunity will place you in a full-time, one-on-one role, supporting individual students throughout their school day—including activities like bus riding and participation in classroom routines. All 1:1 caseloads are currently available, offering a variety of experiences and the chance to work closely with staff and students alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering compassionate, personalized care to assigned student(s) with varying medical needs
• Supporting students during bus transport before and after school (most assignments require this)
• Assisting with daily health needs, such as trach, G-tube, vent, seizure, or diabetic care (based on your preferences and experience)
• Helping with toileting and other personal care tasks
• Providing support during academic activities, as needed, to help students engage in classroom learning
• Communicating effectively with teachers, nurses, and families to ensure excellent care

What you’ll need:

• Active LNA license (required)
• Certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant
• Experience or willingness to work 1:1 with students across a variety of needs
• Flexibility regarding the types of care you feel comfortable providing (Trach, G-tube, Vent, Seizure, Diabetic, toileting, bus riding, and academic help)
• Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to caregiving
• Ability to adapt to evolving caseloads and student needs
