Key Requirements:

• Active CNA certification
• Experience supporting individuals with physical or developmental disabilities strongly preferred
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist with mobility for students in wheelchairs
• Familiarity with personal care needs, including diaper changing and feeding
• Comfort with assisting in a classroom setting, including helping facilitate basic academic activities
• Reliable attendance for a consistent 30-31 hour work week

What You’ll Do:

• Work exclusively with one 18-year-old male student, serving as their primary healthcare and classroom support
• Assist with all mobility needs, including lifting, transferring, and pushing a wheelchair
• Provide direct personal care such as diaper changes and feeding during school hours
• Offer compassionate support and encouragement, promoting independence and dignity for the student
• Collaborate with classroom staff and participate in basic instructional activities, contributing to the student’s learning experiences
