In this role, you will collaborate with school nurses, teachers, and staff to help students thrive both inside and outside the classroom. Key Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in Connecticut
• Experience working with children or within a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist students with daily health needs, mobility, and personal care routines
• Support students in safely accessing classroom and school activities
• Help implement care and health plans as directed by nursing staff
• Monitor and respond to students’ health concerns with compassion and attention
• Contribute to a positive and nurturing school climate
