School Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Salem, NH

This full-time, contract opportunity allows you to work one-on-one with students requiring individualized care during the school day. With multiple openings in the Manchester area, you can expect a dynamic and rewarding experience where compassion, clinical skills, and adaptability truly matter.

We're seeking caring professionals with an active LNA license, passionate about providing direct support to students with a variety of medical needs. Assignments include accompanying students on the bus, tailoring your expertise to individual care plans, and being a vital part of the student’s academic day.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid LNA license
• Previous experience as a CNA or equivalent in a school or pediatric environment preferred
• Willingness to work one-on-one on a consistent, full-time basis
• Ability to assist with various health-related tasks (let us know your comfort with trach care, G-tube, vent support, seizure management, diabetic care, toileting, bus riding, and academic support)

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized medical and personal care to assigned students throughout the school day
• Support safe transportation by riding the bus with students as assigned
• Communicate student needs and observations to clinical and educational staff
• Assist with activities of daily living and collaborate with the educational team to support classroom engagement when needed
