Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric care is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
• Flexible and patient; able to adapt to changing needs throughout the school day

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 care to a student, assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal hygiene as needed
• Support the student’s participation in educational activities
• Monitor and report changes in health status to nurses and school staff
• Collaborate with school personnel to create a safe, inclusive environment
• Follow district and healthcare protocols for infection control, medication administration, and emergency response
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
