Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Pennsylvania state COTA license
  • Previous experience working in a school environment or with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and support a diverse elementary caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students as directed by an Occupational Therapist
  • Support the development and implementation of student-specific intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure student progress and participation
  • Monitor student responses and assist in documenting therapy outcomes and progress reports
  • Create a positive, encouraging environment that fosters skill development and independence
