Desired Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania state COTA license
- Previous experience working in a school environment or with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and support a diverse elementary caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students as directed by an Occupational Therapist
- Support the development and implementation of student-specific intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure student progress and participation
- Monitor student responses and assist in documenting therapy outcomes and progress reports
- Create a positive, encouraging environment that fosters skill development and independence
