Key Qualifications:

• Completion of an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a COTA
• Previous experience in an elementary school setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptable approach to supporting diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering therapy services to elementary-age students
• Implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals within the classroom and therapy settings
• Document progress, observations, and session notes accurately and promptly
• Support teachers and staff by providing strategies that aid student success and participation in classroom activities
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all students
