Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active Pennsylvania state license and required clearances
  • Experience supporting elementary-aged children in a school setting preferred
  • Proficient communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage documentation and multiple student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to deliver targeted therapy interventions
  • Support students with their IEP goals, focusing on fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services rendered
  • Communicate progress effectively with educators, staff, and families
  • Adapt therapy strategies based on student performance and feedback
  • Contribute actively to team meetings and school-based support initiatives
