Serving schools near Angwin, CA, this role is ideal for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) seeking a flexible schedule and opportunities to collaborate with dedicated professionals. With a caseload requiring 10-15 hours per week, you’ll help empower students to reach their fullest potential in the classroom and beyond.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid and current COTA license in California
  • Recent experience working with pediatric or school-based populations

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Implement individualized occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an OTR
  • Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills, aligning with IEP goals
  • Provide therapy in both group and one-on-one settings within school environments
  • Document treatment progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP team meetings as needed
  • Communicate ongoing progress and strategies with teachers and family members
  • Contribute ideas and expertise to an interdisciplinary educational team
