Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Georgia COTA license is required
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but motivated candidates eager to learn are welcome
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, and other school staff
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs under the supervision of a licensed OT
- Assist in implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals and sensory strategies in classrooms
- Prepare, adapt, and maintain materials necessary for therapy sessions and classroom integration
- Track student progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with relevant district and legal requirements
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing insights on student progress and needs
