Working 3-4 days each week, you'll utilize your skills as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help children reach their fullest potential—academically, socially, and developmentally. This contract position starts as soon as possible and continues through May 20, 2026, offering a clear schedule and long-term stability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active Georgia COTA license is required
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but motivated candidates eager to learn are welcome
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, and other school staff
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs under the supervision of a licensed OT
  • Assist in implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals and sensory strategies in classrooms
  • Prepare, adapt, and maintain materials necessary for therapy sessions and classroom integration
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with relevant district and legal requirements
  • Actively participate in team meetings, contributing insights on student progress and needs
