Qualifications & Preferred Experience

• Valid COTA certification and Arkansas state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Previous experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to confidently implement IEPs under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists in evaluating and treating students within the school environment
• Implement individualized therapy plans through direct services and group sessions
