Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
- Active Pennsylvania state license as a COTA
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing therapy goals and adapting activities for students’ needs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
- Contribute to IEP meetings and help develop intervention strategies
