  • Experience supporting students in a school environment preferred
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication skills with students, educators, and families
  • Ability to implement individualized and group therapy plans as directed by an occupational therapist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct activities and exercises under the guidance of an occupational therapist to promote students’ motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
  • Support development and progress toward IEP goals
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session outcomes
  • Adapt therapy activities for individuals or groups based on varying functional levels
  • Communicate regularly with therapy and educational staff to monitor student needs and successes
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
