Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania COTA license (required)
- Current NBCOT certification as a COTA (required)
- Previous experience working with students in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to work up to 35 hours per week during standard school hours
- Willingness to travel within Carbon and/or Lehigh County
- Must be comfortable working with students with disabilities
- Available to attend an in-person interview
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students per Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and support staff on student care plans
- Assist with documentation, progress tracking, and program implementation
- Adapt activities and materials to promote student participation and independence
- Maintain compliance with state and local regulations and best practices
