Key Qualifications:

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Missouri
• School-based COTA experience strongly preferred

• Comfortable making independent scheduling decisions with oversight

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 32 students, ensuring each receives assigned minutes weekly (around 800 minutes total)
• Cover several school locations including elementary, middle, and high school sites
• Develop and implement intervention plans in collaboration with supervising therapists and educational staff
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
• Support student participation and success in academic and functional activities
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and allied professionals to foster student development
