Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Missouri; Occupational Therapists are also encouraged to apply
• Experience or interest in school-based practice preferred
• Strong collaborative skills, comfortable working under the direction of multiple supervisors
• Ability to manage a caseload of 30–35 students, delivering effective, compassionate therapy
• Adaptable and organized, able to travel between multiple sites as needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy and support services to students based on their IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success and participation in school activities
• Document student progress and maintain records according to district guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to inform educational strategies
• Flexibly split time across elementary sites and the Early Education Center, traveling between locations depending on the needs of the week
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision provided by the district
