• Current certification and licensure as a COTA with eligibility to work in a school setting
• Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric, school-based, or educational therapy environments
• Comfortable working with a caseload spanning Kindergarten through 12th grade
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with onsite education staff and remote occupational therapists
• Skilled in documentation, progress tracking, and implementing customized OT interventions under OT supervision
• Reliable and organized, with a commitment to maintaining consistent service delivery

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, goal-driven therapy sessions to students under the supervision of two remote OTs
• Support individualized education plan (IEP) goals within the classroom and therapeutic settings
• Record and monitor student progress, reporting meaningful changes to both onsite staff and virtual OTs
• Adapt and adjust techniques to meet varied learning and physical needs among the student population
• Participate in team meetings, student evaluations, and parent communications as needed
