- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active COTA certification and state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
- Understanding of IEP implementation and documentation

Role Responsibilities:
- Implement occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Support students’ development of fine motor, gross motor, and daily living skills
- Accurately document progress and contribute to IEP reports as required
- Adapt learning materials and classroom strategies to promote full participation
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
