  • Active COTA certification and state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
  • Understanding of IEP implementation and documentation

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Support students’ development of fine motor, gross motor, and daily living skills
  • Accurately document progress and contribute to IEP reports as required
  • Adapt learning materials and classroom strategies to promote full participation
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
