Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a COTA and valid state licensure (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based environment preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with licensed occupational therapists and educational staff to support students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
• Collect and document data on student progress and performance
• Provide direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
• Educate teachers and families on strategies to reinforce progress in the classroom and at home
• Assist with classroom modifications to enhance accessibility and participation
