You’ll work under the guidance of a part-time virtual Occupational Therapist, partnering to deliver outstanding care and support across a diverse caseload.

What you’ll bring:

  • Current COTA certification
  • Experience in school settings or pediatric therapy strongly preferred
  • Confidence delivering interventions individually and in small groups
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
  • Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and communication
  • Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children and adolescents

What you’ll do:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services as outlined in student IEPs, under OT supervision
  • Support the development of fine motor, sensory processing, and self-help skills for a caseload of 32 students
  • Collect data and document student progress regularly
  • Adapt strategies to meet a range of student needs and goals
  • Consult with teachers and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Communicate effectively with parents and school staff about student progress and recommendations
  • Maintain all required paperwork and follow established procedures for compliance
