Key Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania state license as a COTA
- Prior experience or strong interest in school-based pediatric settings is highly desirable
- Empathetic, organized, and committed to facilitating student growth and engagement
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students as prescribed in their IEPs
- Support implementation of therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Document student progress and maintain records according to school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to develop strategies supporting student participation and success
- Adapt activities and environments to promote students’ independence in the classroom
