In this full-time role, you will work 37.5 hours per week, partnering directly with students across the K-12 spectrum to help them achieve their academic and developmental goals. You’ll collaborate closely with two virtual Occupational Therapists, providing hands-on support and creativity as you implement intervention plans within the school environment. This is an ideal position for a passionate COTA eager to bring therapeutic expertise to an engaging educational community.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid certification and state licensure as a COTA
  • Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with K-12 populations and ability to adapt approaches for various age groups
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with virtual OTs and on-site educational teams
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services as directed in students’ IEPs
  • Assist in evaluating and tracking student progress
  • Provide one-on-one and group interventions within classrooms
  • Maintain accurate documentation according to school standards
  • Work in tandem with virtual OTs to adjust treatment strategies as needed
